香橙迷迭香烤鸡腿


烤这个鸡腿,完全是因为要清掉拜拜的橙,一天比一天多,家里除了我,都没人吃了。加上几个月前,为了要做料理,买了一盆迷迭香(rosemary),哪知买回来后都没用过!所以,今天hampalang(全部)丢去腌鸡腿,没想到出来的成品真的好吃哦!


鸡腿经过橙汁的腌过,虽然才短短几个小时,橙汁里的天然果酸,把鸡腿肉腌的嫩嫩的,很好吃哦!独乐乐不如众乐乐,就在这和大家分享,希望你们也喜欢噢 ^^



顺便丢2粒蒜头一起烤,烤出来,香香软软的,好吃!另外一粒,就留到明天涂土司吧!没有拍很多照片,因为,等不及要开饭咯!



是不是很简单?

材料:(2-3人份)

鸡腿 2只
橙 1粒(取汁,取橙皮屑)
蒜头 5瓣(切碎)
Rosemary 2tbsp(切碎)
黑胡椒粉 少许
盐 1tsp

  1. 鸡腿洗干净,去掉多余的脂肪,在表面上割三刀。
  2. 把橙汁,橙皮屑,蒜头碎,rosemary 碎,黑胡椒粉和盐搅拌均匀,然后倒入鸡腿腌,最少3个小时或隔夜。
  3. 预热烤箱200度c,放入鸡腿烤,15分钟后,把底部翻起来烤15分钟,再翻起鸡腿表面,烤10分钟至表面呈金黄色,即可。
  4. 烤的过程,可以把腌汁一直淋在鸡腿上至完为止。
  5. 如要加入整粒蒜头一起烤,蒜头切开后,要淋上橄榄油。

      Rosemary应该在tesco/jusco可以找到,我曾经看过。

  4. at first i thought the garlis is a kind of bun..haha. sometimes me too have overflow fruits at home,so easiest way is to blend them to make juices! your dish looks good enough to tempt me !!

      The problem is my fridge always full, and i will forgot those fruits :)
      I also guess maybe some of you do not know it is garlic, so i placed the 2nd photo :)

    简单的料理,可是却很吸引,你的手艺很好,料理都做得很棒!

  7. I'm sure that the whole chicken has gone by now,haha! I couldn't guess that it was garlic in the 1st picture. I thought they were cut potatoes, wrap inside a parchment paper. Long long time ago(nearly can say once upon a time already), I baked chicken drumsticks with oranges b4. Can't recall how they taste like now. Who cares, yours look delicious, this matters to me, haha!

      Few weeks ago i tried grilled pork belly with orange juice but it turn out awful (a bit bitter,maybe added sugar inside). So the moment i tried this dish, a bit worry too. Lucky the result was good :)

  10. ya, so easy, love the way you roast the garlic too. When i was a kid, i like to eat those whole garlic my mom put into braise pork..yum yum!
